The Story Behind our Law Firm

Experience is key and exceedingly important in today’s probate matters. Law school does not prepare attorneys with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully and efficiently handle the time sensitive and delicate nature of matters handled in probate court. Ruben, who has been practicing law in Illinois for over 20 years, spent his first 10 years as a general practitioner, where he gained experience with a wide variety of legal matters. This experience is a great advantage in probate proceedings because when people become disabled (or pass away) they usually have a variety of assets and knowledge of other areas of law helps us administer those assets.
