Ruben García

Practicing law for more than 25 years, Ruben started out as a general practitioner and gained experience in a wide variety of legal matters. For 20 years now, Ruben has focused his practice on probate court proceedings, including representing Guardians of Estates, Executors of Decedents Estates and obtaining probate approval on settlements for personal injury attorneys. Ruben is well-known among judges and colleagues for solving difficult legal problems. Ruben’s approach is to help you resolve your legal issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Ruben is also respected as a conscientious and thoughtful Guardian ad litem for minors and disabled adults.

In his free time, Ruben enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time with his two sons. In recognition of his legal achievements, Ruben has been asked by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education to author scholarly chapters on Guardianship. Ruben has also presented educational seminars to attorneys both locally and nationally, including presentations for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
