Andrea Kemenes-Estrada

Andrea joined Ruben M. Garcia & Associates, Ltd., now Garcia & DeCostanza, P.C. in October of 2016. She received her ABA approved Paralegal Studies Associate’s Degree in May of 2016 from Wilbur Wright College in Chicago. Before receiving her paralegal degree, Andrea worked with an immigration law firm in Chicago as a trilingual (English, Romanian, Spanish) legal assistant where she began her career in legal services. She also gained experience working for a foreclosure defense law firm, and now she is enjoying the opportunity to work hands-on with the wonderful Garcia & DeCostanza, P.C. team and their clients. As Managing Paralegal, Andrea is responsible for assisting the attorneys in all aspects related to guardianships and decedent’s estates. She is enthusiastic in learning new things and finds it rewarding to spend her time volunteering with organizations that benefit the community, such as the Cook County Adult Guardianship Help Desk (run by the Center for Disability and Elder Law) and working on pro bono cases with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS).

Andrea also enjoys the challenges and rewards of working with clients and attorneys to solve legal problems in her professional life. Andrea enjoys theater, traveling with her husband, spending time with dogs, playing tennis and following tennis tournaments.
